Farm.One is an LED-lit vertical farm in the middle of the Financial District. Partnered with the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), Farm.One is focused on growing rare culinary herbs and greens for high-end chefs.  Designed to be small scale and high quality, direct-to-customer, Rob and David are determined to prove that vertical farming can be profitable and valuable to the city. 

1 hour session, with 3 tours of 10 people each. Network in-between or walk the halls of chefs-in-training.
